Practically Reformed is a ministry committed to applying the timeless truths of the Bible to everyday life from a Reformed theological perspective. At its core is Steve Meidahl, a seasoned pastor and teacher whose clear and passionate preaching equips believers to grow in their love for God and neighbor. With a heart for guiding Christians through the complexities of modern life, Steve provides biblical wisdom that inspires faithfulness and action. Alongside him is Vince Rossignol, whose practical insights and commitment to discipleship complement the mission of Practically Reformed, ensuring that every believer is encouraged to live out their faith in a way that glorifies Christ. Together, they seek to make the gospel central to all of life.
Dr. Steve Meidhal
Dr. Steve Meidahl, born and raised in Maine, spent much of his life working in New York City and Philadelphia before returning to assume leadership at First Church of Waterville. His ministry focuses on text-based, intelligent teaching of Scripture, emphasizing systematic, verse-by-verse exposition through entire books of the Bible.
Dr. Meidahl holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies from the University of Valley Forge, an M.Div. from Westminster Theological Seminary, and a D.Min. from Covenant Theological Seminary. Beyond his pastoral duties, he is a licensed pilot, holds a black belt in Goju Ryu karate, and enjoys playing the guitar. He and his wife, Brenda, have been married since 1987 and have three grown children.

Vince Rossignol
A Maine native, Vince has devoted over 35 years to following Christ, with a ministry rooted in a commitment to sound, Reformed theology. He became a member of Faith Evangelical Free Church in 1998, where he served extensively in Men’s Ministry, coached Bible Quizzing for a decade, and took on the role of elder. During his years there, Vince’s understanding of Scripture deepened as he discovered teachings from Martyn Lloyd-Jones, R.C. Sproul of Ligonier Ministries, and Alistair Begg of Truth for Life, inspiring a passion for the rich historical perspective found in Reformed theology.
After his church closed during the COVID pandemic, Vince joined First Church of Waterville, where he has served as an elder since 2021. He is the host and producer of the Practically Reformed podcast, bringing Reformed doctrines into practical, everyday discussions. Vince’s ministry emphasizes a cohesive, systematic understanding of Scripture that engages both the mind and the heart.
